Pursuant to the Order for RSE NNC RK No.15a dated February 8, 2019 of E.G. Batyrbekov, Director General RSE NNC RK, XVIII R&D Competition Conference for Young Scientists and Specialists is going to take place from 22 to 24 May 2019 on the basis of RSE NNC RK in Kurchatov.

Organizing Committee and NNC Youth Council welcome scientists under 35 from NNC Branches and RSE IGR to take part in the Conference and make presentations in fundamental, applied and engineering research according to the NNC scope of fields.

With reference to Provisions on organization and conducting Annual R&D Competition Conference for Young Scientists and Specialists of RSE NNC RK:

Original R&D efforts, published over the last two years as scientific articles, conference presentations and research reports are allowed to competition. They should be independent studies of specialist or a group of specialists (at most 4 authors).

Scientific and Technical Councils (STC) as well as scientists of Institutes’ Councils make a prequalification decision of papers’ participating in the Competition.

Participants of the Competition shall submit a paper to Secretary of the jury at least 1 month before the beginning of the Conference. The paper shall be executed according to GOST 7.32-2001.

Electronic and hard copies of the papers shall be provided along with STC recommendation.

For publishing in NNC RK Bulletin the articles shall coincide requirements stated in the journal and at the web-site http://www.nnc.kz/trebovania.html. The articles shall be submitted to members of Organizing Committee.

Young specialists and professionals from outside companies are encouraged to take part in the Conference out of competition.
