Meetings at the Republic of Korea

Following the agreements achieved under the Arrangement for Cooperation in the field of nuclear non-proliferation and security signed with KINAC (Korea Institute of Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Security) at Nur-sultan city, leadership of NNC RK and KINAC held negotiations at KINAC office at Taejon, Republic of Korea.

    At the meeting held on July 2, 2019 reports were presented about activity of the member-organizations in the field of non-proliferation, nuclear security and others. Korean side expressed its interest to the experience and competence of NNC RK related to STS conversion.

    In conclusion of the meeting, the parties discussed directions for future cooperation related to advanced training of employees involved in nuclear security at KINAC training center.
