       I congratulate you on State Holyday – the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

      24 years ago the Basic Law of the Country was adopted – the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that became the main basis for our Statehood, embodiment of the will, rights and freedom of our people.
