Message from the Head of State

Extended meeting of Science and Technical Council was held in the National Nuclear Center, where the council members discussed a Message from the Head of State, Kassym-Zhomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan, dated September 2, 2019. 
The meeting was opened by Erlan Batyrbekov, Director General of NNC RK: “Today the Head of State defined goals and tasks for the development of our country for the coming period of time. The message continued consecutive policy of our state directed to further development of democracy processes”. 
Expressing support to the Message, employees of NNC RK emphasize the key moment is strengthening of the state, civil rights and liberties, development of economy, encouraging domestic business, social protection to the population. 
Focus is made on support and strengthening of civil society, development of regions. Mr. President defined the importance of regional development: “strong regions – strong country”. Conditions shall be provided to attract specialists, first of all housing conditions. The Message identified series of steps to solve the issue, which would improve housing availability and attract specialists to regions.
When closing the meeting, personnel of the enterprise expressed its confidence that the implementation of the Message will contribute to the further economic growth and life quality improvement in our country.
