          Please accept my sincere congratulations on the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

On that day in 1991, the people of Kazakhstan took step towards development of independence and elected the first President in the history of our country.

         Today Kazakhstan has become a strong prosperous economically developed state and established itself as full-fledged member of the International Community promoting peaceful policy.
