“Best Publication-2020” Competition

Today, on December 25, 2020 National Nuclear Center of RK (NNC RK) summarized the competition for best publication and impartial reflection of issues related to the former Semipalatinsk test site.

The competition is a year-long participated by republican and regional mass media.

Mr. Erlan Batyrbekov, Director Gerenal of NNC RK, addressing to the participants of online meeting for the competition results, expressed his gratitude for the effective cooperation, interesting and relevant materials: “Despite of the pandemic, due to the active informational support of journalists, mass media gave publicity to the significant achievements in nuclear power development, WMD non-proliferation and former STS issues solution”.

Journalists, in their turn, made acknowledgements to NNC RK for cooperation, openness and interesting newsworthy events.

Based upon the competition results, winners got money rewards.
