On the Matter of the Corruption Control

On December 22nd, a Compliance-officer on anti-corruption legislation hold the meeting with the staff of the Institute of Atomic Energy Branch of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

A number of anti-corruption restrictions adopted by officials in the employment context performance was considered and key points of making internal analysis of corruption risks at the enterprise were explained in the course of the meeting.

Particular attention was paid to the articles of the law, which sets the prohibitions on accepting material remuneration, gifts or services for actions (inaction) in favor of the persons who provided them, as well as on existing administrative and criminal liability.
